How Do I Copy & Paste?

When you look at your badges, you will see a code box under each one. When you click on the text in that code box, it will be highlighted in a blue color. When that happens, you can then right click on the highlighted text and choose "copy" from the menu that comes up from the right click.
After you choose "copy" from the right click of your mouse, you can then go to other sites and right click then choose "paste" to put the code on someones comment box, your MySpace page or MySpcae Bulletin and it will show up.

Try it out on Ning sites in your own comment box to test it out. Once you get the hang of it, you can then copy and paste it onto Ning members comments.

I Signed Up For An Account, But Did Not Recieve An Activation E-mail

Some email acounts like Hotmail,Gmail,Yahoo, ect. treat some automaticly sent email as spam. Make sure to check your "bulk" or "spam" inbox inside your email client. If this does not solve your problem, then contact support by clicking here

I Signed Up But Can't Login Why?

To protect the site from spammers and to verify you are a human and not an automatic program, the site requires that your e-mail address be confirmed. Just login to the e-mail account you signed up with and you should see an e-mail from this site with an Activation Link. Click on it to verify your account. Then you can login using your Username and password you created for the site.

I Keep Forgetting My Password Is There A Way To Change It To Something I Can Remember?

Yes, after you login, you can change your password by clicking on the "Modify your Profile ...." link in your Control Panel.

I Uploaded A Photo to The "Add Photo" section, But It Doesn't Display on My Profile?

Photos uploaded to the "Photo Gallery" are seprate from your default profile photo that is displayed on your page, on friends list and in searches. Your default profile pic needs to be uploaded in the "Update My Profile" menu. You can then upload your image in the area at the bottom of that menu to "upload new user image."

How Do I Customize My Profile?

When you are logged in, there is a menu to the left of your Control Panel that has a link called "Customize My Page." You can change font Colors, sizes, borders, background colors as well as link to your own background image. you can also pick from other users who have elected to share their skins by clicking the "shared skins" button.

How Do I Add Transparency To Profile

After you click on "Customize Your Site", you can bring up the color pallete of any backgorund to change colors, at the top of the color palette there is a button that reads "Transparent" clicking this button will make the selected background area invisible. If you would like it to be semi-invisible, click on "advanced mode" in the customize your page menu and in any background section and type this code in:
filter: alpha(opacity=80); opacity: 0.8;
(Change the number 8 up or down 0 - 9 to adjust the transparency)

How Do I Get Paid From Items I Sell?

You will need to have a PayPal account to recieve money made from items/downloads sold on this site. If you are unfamiliar with how PayPal works, we suggest you go to PayPal.com to find out more info. In short, PayPal is just an online bank account and you can set up one up for FREE at PayPal.com
After You Set up your PayPal account, you will then need to put in your PayPal payout email address (the one you use to login to paypal with) in the "Update My Profile" section of your profiles menu. All money made from items sold from your OMS account will then be paid out to your PayPal account.

How Much Do I Get Paid From Items I sell?

Its entirely up to you. You set the price for each item you sell on your profile. We take a percentage based on your OMS Account Level to cover the cost associated with storing and streaming music and video files. Paypal does have very small fee's for making the transactions. Simliar to ones found on ATM machines. For more info on those fees, visit PayPal.com.

How Will I Know When an Item Has Been Purchased?

You will get an email notifcation everytime someone purchases goods from your digital store so make sure you are using a valid e-mail address and that you have the "EMail Notification" box checked in your profile. That box can be found under your "Modify User Profile ...." link in your Control Panel.

How Many Songs, Videos and/or Photos Can I Upload?

That is based on which Artist Package you choose. The free account allows for 2 songs and no videos. Look at the various levels you can choose from in your Control Panel by clicking on the "Upgrade" link in the left side menu.

The URL to My Profile Doesn't Work

Vistors/Users from this site as well as other sites can access your page easily by typing www.OurMusicSpace.com/whateveryourname. When choosing a Friendly URL name, keep in mind that it will not allow spaces or any kind of characters other than letters and numbers. example:

This is okay (www.OurMusicSpace.com/fatboyzrecords) or (www.OurMusicSpace.com/fat_boyz_records)

This IS NOT OK (www.OUrMusicSpace.com/fat boyz records) and remember your Friendly URL name IS CASE SENSITIVE
